Exchanges are available to all customers. You are allowed to exchange your purchase for 21 days. Olivia Sophia reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Jewelry must be in its original condition for exchange. Customers are allowed two exchanges per calendar year.
